Chef David Burke's CHAPLIN Menu (Plus Win Tickets to Broadway!)

The cast of Broadway's CHAPLIN spent a little time in the kitchen with Chef David Burke and Pastry Chef Zac Young at David Burke Kitchen.

According to renowned Chef David Burke, "hand-eye coordination is pretty big in the kitchen." We're hard up to name anyone more adroit at that craft than the master of mime and slapstick Charlie Chaplin.

The influential silent film star's life is the subject of the Broadway musical CHAPLIN.

To celebrate a mutual appreciation for improvisation and delicious exhibitionism (in the kitchen and on film/stage), David Burke invited the cast of the musical into his kitchen to create a couple CHAPLIN-themed dishes. Watch what they came up with below, then find out how you can win tickets to see the musical on Broadway.

Cooking Channel is all about singing the praises of food and comedy. To enter to win a voucher for 2 tickets to Chaplin The Musical, just post in the comments below the name of the secret speakeasy from this episode of Fodder.

You must include your email address in the “Email” field when submitting your comment so we can communicate back with you if you’re a winner. (But do not post your email address into the actual body of the comment.)

So, tell us: What’s the name of the speakeasy?
