Pecan Bars
Whipped cream
Toasted Coconut and Orange Icebox Cookies and Vanilla Cherry Chocolate Cookies
Flavorings, optional - toasted coconut, sprinkles, chopped nuts, chopped chocolate
Directions
- Pecan Pie Sundae: Scoop some ice cream into a bowl and crumble a Pecan Bar over the top and dollop with some whipped cream.
- Ice Cream Sandos: Make a sandwich with 2 cookies around 1 scoop of softened coffee, vanilla, chocolate, or mint ice cream. Roll the edges of the ice cream sandwiches in toasted coconut, sprinkles, chopped nuts or chopped chocolate, if desired.
