Lemon Meringue Piehole Cocktail

Ingredients

Ice, as needed

2 ounces Limoncello (lemon liqueur)

2 ounces lemon-flavored vodka

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon prepared lemon curd

3 teaspoons pasteurized egg white

Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Shake the Limoncello, lemon-flavored vodka, lemon curd, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice well over ice and strain into an up glass. Dump the shaker, and load with fresh ice, then add the egg whites and the lemon juice and shake vigorously, for approximately 45 seconds, until foamy. Pour into the same up glass, creating a layer of foam over the lemon cocktail.
