4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
8 strips cooked bacon, roughly chopped, plus 2 tablespoons reserved bacon grease
1 1/4 cups roughly chopped pecans
3 large eggs
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 ounces melted butter
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 strips cooked bacon

This wasn't bad but it wasn't "brag-about" good either. The bacon and bourbon really overwhelm the entire pie, hence the name. However, we missed the taste of pecans and the the sweetness of a traditional pecan pie. The crust was very good with the cream cheese in it. Had to add additional flour in order to make it handleable. Otherwise too wet and sticky. It certainly doesn't need the extra bacon and bourbon on top. Otherwise it was easy to make and looked attractive.
