1 tablespoon Curried Nectar, recipe follows
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, for serving
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) coriander seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons white peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
3 birds eye chiles
2 cups water
2 cups sugar

This is a unique and amazing drink that I tried on a whim at DosaSF many years ago (full disclosure, my family is Bengali) and I am so happy you posted it. I freeze the curried nectar in small potions and thaw them out (they thaw very quickly at room temp) whenever I want to impress my friends. Thank you for posting.
