Boiled Crawfish

Ingredients

5 pounds live crawfish*

5 tablespoons Creole seasoning

Directions

  1. In a large pot, boil the crawfish in clean water at 215 degrees F for 5 minutes. Toss the crawfish with Cajun Claw's special seasoning or any Creole seasoning before serving.

Cook’s Note

*Order live crawfish from a purging facility that has been purging their crawfish live for 24 to 48 hours.

WRONG!!....NEVER boil crawfish in plain water & THEN toss seasoning on them....completely worthless.  You're from Louisiana & THIS is your recipe for boiling crawfish??  You should be ashamed of yourselves........
