1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

This recipe was pretty delicious. I actually made it with gluten free flour as one of our guests gets severe upset stomach from gluten. The flour made it a little grainy, but that comes with the territory. The flavor was still excellent. My cake did not look like the picture at the top, but I may have used too many apples. I also used a cinnamon glaze instead of powdered sugar, added just the right amount of sweetness. I plan to use this again in the future and everyone that had it asked for the recipe link!
