I have never seen the show 'My mother's Ravioli'. I seen the show on Discovery and the show is funny, informative, and emotional at times. If you like dry humor, cooking, and watching Grandparents meals for their family, this show is for you! Anyways, this recipe from Dave Pearson was the Dodger Stadium press dining room's chef. I made the whole recipe as is and the quantity as written. Nothing wrong with having extra in the freezer! The one pan came out amazing!
