I have made this for years, since I saw him in Italy cooking this or learning how to make it with a wonderful woman and it is far superior to any of our “pepper jelly” here in the states! I actually lost the recipe and the page on my iPad I’d watch over two years ago and just found this.. my family is sooo excited for me to make this again! Eveyone needs to make it this way! 🥰
