1/4 cup Balsamic Syrup, recipe follows
3 cups balsamic vinegar

Very good for a quick and healthy lunch/dinner/appetizer. All the flavors I like. By the way, it doesn’t take near as long as the recipe says if you’re not making your own balsamic syrup. I just used a nice thick aged balsamic vinegar and it was great. Whole thing took me < 15 minutes to make.
