1 (2-pound) skin-on fillet sea bass
1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds

1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets

1/4 cup very finely grated Parmesan (using a rasp grater)

Have been making this for dinner parties for years - always to rave reviews. Easy to prepare and cook and so very delicious. Have left out the marjoram and lemon slices as I didn’t have them the first time I made this, and still came out perfectly. I use Chilean Sea Bass which is a bit pricey, but this recipe deserves a great piece of fish. Don’t overlook; follow those instructions and you’ll be so pleased with the results.
