2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled and finely chopped

This is fun to make and delicious. I subbed Provolone cheese for the Fontina, as my local grocery didn't carry it. You could use a good jarred sauce if pressed for time. My husband loved it!
