Ginger Dipping Sauce

This addictive sauce is great with all types of Asian dumplings - gyoza, potstickers, shumai and more - as well as spring and summer rolls. The rice vinegar gives it a subtle tang you can't get from soy sauce alone.

Ingredients

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin strips

Directions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
