Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped shallots

3 tablespoons miso paste 

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1 tablespoon soy sauce 

1 teaspoon brown sugar 

1/2 teaspoon chile-garlic paste 

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 

1 large clove garlic, chopped 

Juice of 1 lemon 

1/2 cup peanut oil 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the shallots, miso, vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, chile-garlic paste, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Blend well. With the motor running, slowly pour in the peanut oil; mix well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
