Juice of 4 limes
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
5 green onions, minced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 large cucumber, diced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch cayenne
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
1 bag tortilla chips or sweet potato chips, for serving

Delicious!!! My husband (a serious carnivore) loves this recipe as well! Instead of putting the avocado in the ceviche, we make guacomole. We use tostadas, apply the guac to your tostada, and then pile on the ceviche!! Yum!!!
