Ingredients

1 slice fruit and nut bread

Olive oil, for drizziling 

1/3 cup chopped 60-percent chocolate

Fleur de sel or sea salt, optional 

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Drizzle the bread with some olive oil place on the grill. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on one side. Then flip the bread, top with the chocolate and close the grill lid until the chocolate melts. Sprinkle on some fleur de sel if using, and serve.
