1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch green onions, white and green parts, chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 large racks pork baby back ribs (4 to 5 pounds)
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
For a crisper texture, slather the ribs in the reduced sauce and char (meaty-side down) on a hot grill or under the broiler, 1 to 2 minutes per side, before serving with the remaining sauce.

I have been using this recipe for months (i use it on my moose & caribou ribs)! It is my ultimate favorite way to cook ribs now, and BONUS, my hubby loves it too. The flavors are fresh and oh so good. We serve ours with roasted veggies & rice :)
