Ingredients

1 New England-style split-top hot dog bun

4 tablespoons butter, melted, plus 2 tablespoons, melted 

2 or 3 leaves large Romaine lettuce 

1 lobster, cooked, meat removed and roughly chopped 

Lemon wedges, for serving 

Directions

  1. Brush the bun with the 4 tablespoons melted butter, and grill until golden brown. Set the lettuce leaves into the bun, and top with the lobster meat. Drizzle with the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
