My family LOVED this and my son watched a good portion of our rental movie from the kitchen so he could stand near the leftovers and pick. I give it a 4 only because there are things I will have to play around with before it's perfect for me, like cook the sauce a little longer until it thickens a bit. The resulting sauce as instructed in the recipe was so thin that I found nothing really clung to the meat. But the flavor was excellent. This will in our regular rotation for sure!
