Wanted to try this the moment I saw it, but didn't have enough cream. Finally made it today. Truly decadent. Used a 13x9 pan and was glad I did as it makes a lot. I also put down the peanut butter layer first and just sprinkled the cooked cookies over that. The combination of the cookie layer and caramel layer I think really helped keep it fudge like as you can see the cookie bits crumbling in the photo. The whole household loved it.
