Ingredients

Four 14-ounces rib-eye steaks

1 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Canola oil

Directions

  1. Marinate Rib-eyes for 1 hour in soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic mixture.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill rib-eyes to desired doneness and enjoy.
