This is a simple and straightforward recipe to follow. I’ve made meat pies before but used some sort of oil. But in your recipe , why no need for any oil ( olive or vegetable?).. wouldn’t it help stretch / soften the dough ? I found that when not using any it can possibly make the result less soft and crunchy.
