  1. Heat the butter in a pan until melted and add the cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg. Add the banana halves, cut-side down, and cook for 1 minute. Turn and cook for a further minute.
  2. Toast the bread. Spread the peanut butter on the toast, 1 tablespoon on each slice. Top one piece of bread with the banana slices, place the lid on and eat.
