Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple

1 cup loosely packed spinach

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

2 stalks celery, chopped 

One 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled 

Juice of 1 lime 

1/4 bunch parsley

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add 12 ounces water, the pineapples, spinach, cucumbers, celery, ginger, lime juice and parsley. Blend until smooth.

Great green juice recipe! I didn't blend mine but used my juicer. I like how there are so many green ingredients that lower the overall sugar content of the juice. Very nutrient dense, and I liked the flavor. I'm kind of a ginger nut, so I might add a bit more, but most people will probably want to go with the amount that's in the recipe or even a bit less. Ginger has a strong flavor. :)<br />
