Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

2 large broccoli crowns (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 

2 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the cut broccoli in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip each piece and bake until tender and slightly charred, about 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve immediately.
