This somewhat seemed more like a deconstructed stroganoff. It was easy to make with lots of interesting ingredients. Loved having the polenta. A nice change from egg noodles. Needed a bit more seasoning. My husband loved it so I will only take away one star for seasoning (which I could have fixed myself).
