1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup grated Havarti cheese
1/2 cup grated smoked Gouda
1 1/4 cups grated mild orange Cheddar
2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick

Taste was good but only some of the cheese melted. Parts of it looked like crumbled cream cheese. I baked the potatoes for 1:30 minutes at 350. Top layer was nice and golden. Don’t know what happened to the bottom layers.
