1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

I made the whole menu. It was so very good. Everybody ate everything. I marinated the chicken for 4 hours. I also made a dairy free version (exact same spices subtracted the yoghurt and added a olive oil) this went over very well. I copied the video and made my guests skewer their own sticks. lol
