I live near one of the largest Asian night markets in North America but I was NOT feeling up to dealing with the crowds on opening weekend this year. I still wanted my fix of beef skewers, so I found this gem. I was not disappointed! Authentic flavour, heavy on the cumin just the way I like it. I didn’t have raw garlic so I substituted for powder, which was still great. I also didn't let it marinate for as long as I would have liked to, but it still satisfied my cravings :) Thanks Mr Xue!
