The owner, a former Marine, has sunk his lifesavings into the restaurant and is now in jeopardy of losing everything. Robert, a military man himself, will do whatever he can in two days and with $10,000 to make sure this place doesn't go down without a fight. But he quickly discovers that this will be more difficult than he imagined ... the kitchen is repulsive, the food is inedible and the decor needs a serious overhaul. They are in desperate need of a high quality signature dish to draw in customers but the staff lacks the basic cooking skills needed.

Let Them Eat Cake

This week, Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri challenge the seven remaining celebrity contestants to make desserts! Each team must cook four desserts, including one with a secret savory ingredient, to be judged by 13 pastry students and instructors from a professional culinary institute. A surprising evaluation from the pastry chefs puts Rachael and Guy in a tough position picking the bottom two celebrities going head to head in the elimination challenge.

Marvelous Mother Nature

For Earth Day, the five bakers are celebrating the bounty of Mother Nature, starting with wondrous walnut desserts featuring an assortment of flower honeys. Then the competitors find themselves in a forest grove filled with wild berries, which they must use to flavor an enchanted forest cake with edible moss.

Mozzarella di Bufala

David dives into the world of an Italian culinary treasure - buffalo milk cheeses, starting with a visit to a creamery in the town of Paestum where he meets the majestic buffalos face to face. David gets a taste of the luscious mozzarella di bufala - mozzarella made with buffalo milk, and the ricotta made with buffalo milk. David learns how to use buffalo mozzarella in several traditional seafood dishes and, with the help of his friend Carla, makes a scrumptious cheese dessert for a beach picnic in the beautiful town of Positano.

Then, Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall judge the pie pandemonium as the competitors celebrate fall with flavor combos such as pumpkin-cider and chestnut-chocolate in double crust, cream pies, slab pies, lattice pies and custard pies.

Seattle has some of the best seafood, slices, and sorbet around. At Dahlia, the crab cakes are so good it's an obsession. While Seattle may not be known for pizza, we found a seriously good slice at Serious Pie. Le Pichet has some of the richest Raclette we've ever had. And, from the donuts at Lola and the rhubarb sorbet in Kirkland's Café Juanita to Fran's best chocolate bars, Seattle's got the West Coast covered when it comes to sweets.
