Seven bakers remain, and for the Skills Challenge they are charged with making two different flavors of macarons. Then, in the Master Challenge, the bakers must make their own highly-creative take on the dessert classic, baked Alaska, using torched meringue, cake and ice cream, with strawberry as the featured flavor. One baker is sent packing by host Adam Rapoport and judges Jason Smith and Marcela Valladolid.

Noah Cappe heads to Pacific Northwest for the Washington State Spring Fair to take in the seafood scene with the Seattle Crabby Dog loaded with cream cheese, sauteed onions and native Dungeness crab, plus Bowtie Prawn Pie -- an alfredo prawn pizza topped with farfalle pasta. Then, Noah stops and smells the flowers at the Meriden Daffodil Festival in Connecticut. Local Italian Americans carnival-fy family recipes to create perfect comfort foods like the Italian Chili Dog that tops a classic Italian sausage with pasta e fagioli and Lasagna Nachos that deep fry lasagna sheets covered in parmesan, mozzarella and marinara. For dessert, Noah grabs the Lemon Meringue Funnel Pie, a classic funnel cake loaded with tart lemon curd, buttery shortbread and crunchy meringues. Finally, it's off to the Four States Fair in Texarkana, Arkansas, for rocky road-ified fries and the Mud Bug Roll -- a sushi roll stuffed with local crawfish wrapped into spring roll and deep fried.

John Henson turns the bakers' worlds upside down when he challenges them to make upside-down cakes without pineapple. Then, judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell are seeing double when the six remaining bakers team up to create twin cakes that look identical but taste completely different. One set of twins is separated as the least successful baker is sent to the 13th floor.

Dallas, Texas, has a big reputation, but on the other side of the river, in the little neighborhood of Bishop Arts, is the center of the best food scene in Big D. Everyone goes crazy for the little pasta and salumi spot called Lucia, where chef David Uygur shows Chuck how to use a hand-cranked machine to churn out the bigoli pasta that accompanies duck ragout. At German-influenced Lockhart Smokehouse, Chuck learns the history of legendary Texas barbecue from pitmaster Will Fleishman who serves up both brisket and shoulder clod. Dessert is handmade, artisanal chocolate "salami" at chef Katherine Clapner's simple, storefront lovingly called Dude, Sweet Chocolate. How sweet it is.

Roger Mooking cruises through central California for two spectacular, meat-filled cookouts. This area is home to many vineyards, but Paso de Record Vineyard in San Miguel has piqued Roger's interest. The vineyard hosts wine release parties for its customers and serves barbecue prepared in a deep pit built in the picture-perfect property. In Santa Barbara, Roger visits a local caterer famous for creating an Argentine Asado.

Four champions return to the Cake Wars kitchen to build the most amazing cakes of all time, in honor of some of the most iconic toys of all time, LEGO! Only one champion will reign supreme, have their cake as the centerpiece of the party, and take home $10,000. Amanda Santoro from LEGO serves as guest judge.
