Superstar restaurateur Bobby Flay is using his food and business expertise to help turn the troubled restaurants around in this one-hour reality show. Follow Bobby as he attempts to rescue a flagging family run business specializing in Italian Cuisine. After sampling some of the menu and touring the establishment, Bobby interviews the staff, evaluates the menu, critiques the wine list and decor, and creates an aggressive plan of action. We?ll watch as Bobby does everything from send the chef for an intensive apprenticeship with NY?s infamous ?Pizza Guru? to designing a creative re-launch, and scoring a visit from a well-known restaurant reviewer in this hour-long reality series.
