The Perfect 3: Cookies reinvents the cookie with recipes from Giada De Laurentiis, Laura Calder, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Ina Garten. Giada De Laurentiis takes the classic chocolate chip cookie and adds hazelnuts and toffee. Laura Calder bakes elegant powder puffs stuffed with Raspberry jam. Alex Guarnaschelli sandwiches two chocolate cookies with a rum and mascarpone cheese filling. Luscious lemon bars are headed for Ina Garten's oven.
