The oven is hot and The Perfect 3: Pies gives us recipes from Anne Burrell, Chuck Hughes, Kelsey Nixon, and Paula Deen. Anne Burrell does flips with her Apple Tarte Tatin. Chuck Hughes lets us in on a family secret with his mom's Maple Pecan Pie. Kelsey Nixon breaks the mold with her portable Cherry Pie in a Jar. Paula Deen makes her hearty Chicken Pot Pie for dinner.
