Tyler Florence starts his search for the ultimate lasagna in a 1940s dining car in New York. Next he arrives at Rapallo near Genoa, Italy, for a traditional Ligurian lasagna with a pesto sauce. Back in his New York apartment, Tyler draws on his experiences to craft his own ultimate lasagna.
